Ok... we are on for tomorrow... and more :)

I just wanted to let you all know that we are good to go for tomorrow outside, it's not going to be an ounce colder than it was today... in fact, it will be warmer I am sure.

(what, with all of that running up and down those hills and stairs)

That said - we ARE at the stairs tomorrow folks, so no need of any equipment really, but bring mats if you like.  Remember, less is more when it comes to hills and stairs day :))

Also - I would like to offer to extend this session by two weeks.  This will mean two more weeks for just $99 (plus GST) and you can enjoy my smiley happy face and presence all the way until Christmas (or at least December 21 - the very night that we end).  Please let me know if you are interested in this.  This is the returning rate, but if you can find another friend to come along and sweat beside you, I will offer them this rate as well... no worries (the more the merrier, and warmer :)
